With this said, Hooly Chat also enables you to use the chatbot as front line and depending on some triggers you can direct that conversation to the person in your organisation to achieve the best outcome possible.

All the dashboards are built with React and Typescript. That is our combo. We love working with these together. We also used Socket.io client for the chat pixel and the main dashboard to enable real time updates.
The AI bits are built on NodeJS and NLP.js in AWS Lambda functions for language recognition and translation and there is a couple of micro services dealing with the sentiment analysis and the chatbots.
We used NextJS for the frontend website that will act as landing page and blog for content marketing. The blog will be managed through Prismic.
Overall, a very enjoyable and interesting project which we learn loads as a team.
